We guarantee that the personal information you provide (including your email address), will not be passed to anyone else and will be used solely to contact you regarding ASPOA.

Annual Dues: $25 per household/property per fiscal year (Jul 1 – Jun 30).

Between Apr 1 and Jun 30, pay $25 and your membership is paid to Jun 30 of the following year.

You will be billed for a full year's membership each June.

Yard-Waste Drop-off: Help with the annual
yard-waste collection weekend
Fire Safety: fire safety programs, fire district liaison
Meetings: arrange membership meetings & programs, reservations coordinator
Membership: maintain membership database, annual dues billing and processing
Neighborhood Watch: coordinator, block captain
Propane Coordinator: administer propane purchase program
Roads &Traffic Safety: annual road survey, traffic safety
Special Project: help on a special project when we need you
Web Page: maintaining and updating the ASPOA web page
Trails: Building and maintaining trails within Alta Sierra
