The Alta Sierra Property Owners Association is a community-based organization located in the foothills of Northern California. Not far away are the communities of Grass Valley and Nevada City, both part of Nevada County. The Association (A.S.P.O.A.), a not-for-profit organization made up of volunteers, has served the Alta Sierra community since 1971. It is governed by an elected Board of Directors, consisting of nine members and several standing committees, which establish and administer its policies and programs.

The meeting was held at the Alta Sierra Country Club on May 7, 2007 at 9:00AM.

Dick Woodbury resigned from the ASPOA Board affective May, 2007. Dick served for four years and has truly had a positive influence on our Alta Sierra community. Thank you Dick for your years of service.

Robert Labelle has been chosen to replace Dick Woodbury.
