Membership

Membership in ASPOA is open to owners of parcels within Alta Sierra. Owners of parcels outside of Alta Sierra, but contiguous to its boundaries, may join with approval of the Board. Renters are eligible to join as Associate Members and enjoy the same benefits and privileges, except voting for the Board of Directors.

  • Annual dues are $25.00. It is the best investment you can make in your community!

Annual Dues:

  • $25 per household/property per fiscal year (Jul 1 – Jun 30).
  • Between Apr 1 and Jun 30, pay $25 and your membership is paid to Jun 30 of the following year.
  • You will be billed for a full year’s membership each June.

    Wondering what exactly we need to do to get reimbursed for Deer Removal on our property? We are members.

    For deer removal reimbursement you need to mail your yellow invoice to John Noone, 14746 Stinson Dr., Grass Valley, CA 95949. If you wish to phone him first, call him at 271-1239.
