Is there a written evacuation plan for residents of Alta Sierra should there be a fire here? If so how can we obtain a copy?

I’ve reposted the Alta Sierra Emergency Plan. The link is near the bottom of the Safety page. The Emergency Plan is being updated at this time, and we will post the new Plan as soon as it’s available.
I thought that the CC&Rs prohibited long term parking of motor vehicles on the shoulder of the roads but, based upon the fact that there has been a large white truck parked on the shoulder on Alta Sierra Drive between Little Valley Road and Ball Road for the past three weeks I guess I was mistaken. That said, any emergency plan needs to include restrictions against “on-road” parking of motor vehicles so that the shoulder of the road can be used when emergency vehicles are trying to enter Alta Sierra while the rest of us are trying to escape.
It is my understanding that CC&Rs only prohibit long term parking of motor vehicles if they are obstructing vehiclel passage in any way. If the truck is completely off the road, it doesn’t violate any parking ordinance. Thank you for your excellent point regarding emergency plans.
