Alta Sierra Property Owners Association

The ASPOA Board met on Nov 3, 2008 at the Alta Sierra Country Club in Grass Valley.  There was discussion of a date and location for our annual meeting which must be open to the members at large.  Nothing finalized yet.  Brad Dixon introduced himself as the new Architectural Review Committee Chairperson.  He gave a brief resume of his background, interests, and abilities enabling him to chair this important position.   

Committee reports were given.  John Noone introduced our Ferrellgas contact, Andy Fellman, who will be drawing up a new contract for our review.  DonnaLee Johnson reported that the ASPOA Halloween event had a lower turnout than last year, but was still a success and fun for all.  The current budget and cash flow report were accepted by the Board.  As always, our Alta Sierran coordinator, Robert Labelle, is looking for articles and pictures relating to our community.  He reminds everyone that the deadline for submissions is the 15^th of each month.
