Board Minutes - Highlights October 2008

The ASPOA Board met on Oct.6, 2008 at the Alta Sierra Country Club. Committee reports were given. Financial cash flow records and current budget items were reviewed and accepted.
Fieni Verdooner was unanimously approved to be chairperson of ASPOA’s Community Standards. We are thrilled to have this committee functioning again and are very happy to have such a talented and capable person to be its chairperson. We also have a new group of volunteers to work on the Architectural Review Committee. This is a much-needed committee, as all building, remodeling, fencing, etc need to be approved. We welcome Brad Dixon, Paul Hoefler, Pete Holland and David Johnson.
The entrance to Alta Sierra at Hwy 49 and Alta Sierra Dr. is almost completed. We plan to have lighting installed soon.
