Board Minutes - Highlights July 2008

The regular ASPOA Board meeting was held on July 7, 2008 at the Alta Sierra Country Club in Grass Valley, CA.

It was decided that the ASPOA will sponsor a candidates’ forum with representatives from the sheriff and fire Dept. on Tues. Sept. 16, 2008.  Further details to follow.

The Bar-B-Q held on June 29, 2008 was discussed.  There were many ideas and suggestions for a bigger and better ASPOA event in the next year. We would like to give a special thanks to all the helpers and local Alta Sierra businesses that so graciously gave their time and support. The Board formed a committee to organize the next community event.

 

The permit is forthcoming and the “Rock” signage at the entrance to Alta Sierra at Dog Bar is progressing.  It should be installed soon.

 

In the not too distant future the ASPOA web site will be improved, enabling it to be more user friendly.
