The ASPOA Board meeting was held on Jun 2, 2008 at the Alta Sierra Country Club in GrassValley.
The Treasurer’s report was given by Rich Daniels, who noted that he has completed moving the ASPOA accounts from Wells Fargo to Citizens Bank ofCalifornia and Vanguard.
New business discussion concerned the files of electronic copies and paper copies of ASPOA records and documents.The Board Secretary will maintain the official files, and there will be copies of those files and documents at our storage site.
Al Schafer reported a very successful Yard Waste Weekend. Over 800 cubic yards from 215 families, over 150% of last year’s volume, was collected, .Also included in the yard waste volume was a large amount of Scotch broom collected by Demolay boys volunteers.
The group discussed details of the ASPOA Summer Bash, set for Sunday, Jun 29th.They agreed to email Picnic Invitations and distribute some flyers to local businesses.We’ll also have a free raffle, with prizes donated by local businesses.
