The ASPOA Board met at the Alta Sierra Country Club on Feb 4, 2008.

ASPOA Board Directors serve for a maximum of 2 three-year terms. Initial partial terms are not counted toward the limit of 2. A third of Director positions are reviewed each year. Directors are to be working to update job descriptions.

The Alta Sierra sign lighting at Hwy 49 & Alta Sierra Dr. is being improved. Two calls were made to the Road & Traffic Safety chairman and action was taken. ASPOA will be sponsoring a Bear River Little League team this year. ASPOA may also assist other youth activities in need.

Yard Waste pickup dates for 2008 are scheduled for May 31 and Jun 1.

An ASPOA summer barbecue is tentatively scheduled for May 29^th, 2008. Details will follow at a later date.
