Thanks, Joe — Welcome, Al

The current President of the Board of the Alta Sierra Property Owners Association (ASPOA), Mr. Joe Mayer, is resigning his office as of January 1, 2008. Joe has volunteered on the Board for the past 4 years and will continue his Board membership as Past President in order to help in the transition. Joe has committed a great deal of time and talent to his position.
We, the ASPOA Board, want to thank Joe for his commitment to making our community better and wish him all the best in the future.
At the December meeting we elected Mr. Al Schafer as our new President. Al has served on the board in the past in many capacities, including President. Al has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of our organization which will lend to a smooth transition. To Al we extend a warm welcome.
